Core Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our head florist to help create and design floral arrangements for special occasions. You will also be helping creating and setting up floral arrangements for weddings and events. In addition to designing you will also help load, unload, and deliver flowers as well as cleaning and prepping flowers to prepare them for designs. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop. You must be independent, self motivated and able to execute quality floral arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres.

Requirements

The following items are required to be accepted for the position no exceptions

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must have a valid drivers license and be able to make deliveries

• Must have at least 3+ year of experience in floral design

• Must know how to make and design floral arrangements and personals

• Must be available at least three weekends a month

• Must be able to work full 8 hour shifts on your feet

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
